Software Subscription

The software subscription offered by RealTrixo will be based on a monthly contract. You can downgrade or unsubscribe from our service whenever you want; however the paid license fee will remain non-refundable.

Software Setup Fee | Two Weeks Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore all features and determine if the platform meets your business needs before any payment is required. During the 14-day trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time within this trial window without incurring any fees.

Once the 14-day trial period ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and the applicable fees will be charged to your chosen payment method. By continuing beyond the trial period, you acknowledge and agree to these charges.

Please note that all payments made after the trial period are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription fees as well as any add-ons or upgrades purchased during your active subscription. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, unused features, or early cancellation.

Cancellation and Exceptional Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, your access to the CRM will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be discontinued.

In exceptional circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. However, approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

By subscribing to our CRM service, you agree to this refund policy. We encourage you to fully utilize the free trial period to ensure the platform aligns with your requirements before committing to a paid plan.
